I used this company for the first time recently when I needed an early pick up for a flight from Gatwick. I booked and paid a few days in advance and had a great service. The driver was on time, polite and courteous. Would happily use again.

Do not book a taxi with this company. I booked a taxi 4 days in advance to collect our relatives from Heathrow after a 11 hour flight to us in London. Rang to check all well on the day and was told they had cancelled the booking. Had called the relatives - WHO WERE MID FLIGHT to let them know. Appalling service. Dont use them.

If I could put 0 stars I would haveI was due to be picked up at 4am, by 420 no car arrived. I called the taxi company who said car had been in An accident and was late. Then that they had to send another person for 5am. I had a flight to catchat 510 they call to say they cant send a car and will refund me leaving me in the lurch rushing to find another taxi an hour late to get to my flight on time. Such a stressful morning and such terrible organisation by united car

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY - pre booked and paid well in advance only to find out 10 minutes AFTER Im meant to be picked up that the drivers car wont start. Horrific service and it seems they have a lot of similar reviews, dont take the risk!
