        Used the service with my children, the payment method is on the online platform and seem extremely safe. The communication was super smooth and the driver are extremely nice. Good service and price! I highly recommend and will of course take them again. Also note that despite 25min flight delay and an hour due to suitcase missing the driver waiting and didn't charge much!!! The cars are clean and spacious

        Absolutely awful service! The driver was so intimidating getting in my face and being aggressive all because I was running late to the airport. Very stressful experience and terrible customer service. In the end they refused to take me to the airport and I was so lucky to be able to get a Bolt quickly. The Bolt driver was comparatively so helpful even checking if the car temp was ok for me. Dont bother using them, Bolt or Uber is better and the price is almost the same. Let them go out of business, maybe then theyd learn how to speak with people.
