Maury have been some of most helpful and friendliest to work with in the industry (in what is generally a very friendly business.) Specialist and quirky machines are their fort - so if you've got difficult sewing requirements they likely have the solution for you.

Extremely disgusted by the service I recieved on the phone. I was asked to send an email regarding my sewing machine last week which I have done and not heard a response. However when calling back I was met by an extremely aggressive individual because I was slightly confused if my machine was industrial or domestic. Irrespective it was not a reason to be refused service and hung up on especially since I provided all the information he needed on the email they asked me to send. Now all of a sudden the repair has moved from a 1 week time period to well over a month.
