Years ago this agency scammed me. I never received back my key money after returning the keys and they took my deposit for mold in the room that was already there before I moved in. When I reported the mold during my tenancy and requesting for it to be taken care of, the agent came in to wipe it off the wall with a towel and nothing else, so taking deductions from my deposit after how they handled the mold was unreasonable. It was rigged as the landlord was actually the agents father. After I requested to settle dispute regarding the deposit and key money, an agent I never spoke to before was the only person in my contact.

I rented a flat from them for a year. The flat was excellent value, very well maintained, fully furnished with everything you could ever need and had reliable+fast WiFi. The whole move in process was painless and was completed in ~1-2 days. Phillip and Tony were always quick and responsive to any questions or concerns. Everyone I dealt with in the company was always friendly and very professional. My residency with Austin Phillips has by far been my best housing experience in London and I am sad to be leaving my current accommodation. I'll definitely be coming back to them in the future.

Phillip was the agent who showed me the apartment; Tony provided excellent prompt support over email; Phillip and Tony were kind, responsive, and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Austin Phillips are without question provide an excellent and flawless professional service. Phillip and Tony took the time to understand my needs and were able to provide me with a shortlist of potential properties all of which were very suitable. In little over a week I had moved into my new rental. The entire process was effortless and uncomplicated. Both were super quick to respond to my questions (and I had plenty) and since moving in, no request has been too much. Its so refreshing to have agents who are genuinely invested in their tenants, maintain an open door policy and continually deliver service of the of the highest standard. Aside from the service, the flat was in an excellent central London location; in great condition with nice furniture; a modern kitchen with appliances; high speed, reliable WiFi; and a weekly cleaner. All for a great price. My flat-mates are great (all professionals), which is a testament to the clientele Austin Phillips work with.
