AVOID Put me in a disgustingly mouldy house. Room was not cleaned prior to arrival. Completely unsanitary, hair and grime everywhere. Now wont refund deposit and not replying to emails. Months after leaving property.

This "estate agency" requires potential renters to disclose their age and nationality, clearly showing discrimination in their business practices. Disgusting and shameful

I have never written a review online for anything in my life before, goes to show just how bad this went. I viewed, applied for, signed a contract and paid for a room in a property these people were letting, and not a day later from paying 3 months of rent + deposit, I got an email saying that they never checked with the landlord/landlady whether the property was available to be let. This means that the whole week that I emailed them, ironed things out with them, not a single person there thought it necessary to check that it was even available. I had the month of September to sort accommodation in London for a job I start in October, having to travel in each time to view properties, and these people wasted an entire week of that. I read some of the reviews here, but thought that they were pretty quick to respond, and chose to overlook the bad reviews. Oh boy was I wrong. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Flat location close to tube and Bus line, Good service for all students, renewed another year, this is 3rd years.
