Saffron, who runs the shop, has been incredibly helpful and really amazing to chat to about the bikes. She was brilliant about letting me have a seat and having a feel for them. She also gave me some great advice regarding the stuff that I need, like covers, security, panniers etc. She's been really helpful with email correspondence and been proactive in keeping me informed of the progress of my order.
