Do not use them. Sohel Ahmed the owner is a big lier. He made a mistake and I have proved it still did not agree instead blame me for his mistake. I will never ever recommend this thief.

BIGGEST THIEVES!!! Do not waste your time or effort, I went to shop to place an order to get my carpet replaced spoke to Rofik who wrote down a fixed price and both parties agreed. I was told to call back and place the order the next day which I did and then they say "oh because you live a bit further we will need to charge 30 for petrol" I said no you agreed to the price they then they started to lie and say they don't have workers to come to my house and kept on lying and making excuses to not deliver their promise. Im so shocked how badly the owner Shuhel and the co owner which I was told is Rofik dealt with everything they said I gave a fake address instead of my real one (which makes no sense lol). They had kept on lying and lying on the phone which is very unprofessional I even had paid deposit to confirm the order. They call themselves muslim's but how? When everything they said you cannot trust. These workers in the shop are all fake and rude and lie how can you do business based on a lie the fact that they don't commit to their work and they are pretty much robbing you in broad daylight. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I have used best carpet few years back and was really pleased with their service. However this time round I was horified. I have changed the carpet and kitchen flooring. The whole experience to me was appalling. The moment they arrived it felt like rush rush, how they can do the job and leave as soon as possible without taking due care of the surroundings. I have recently painted my walls and they left all sorts of marks and silicone stuck to the walls, cooker and the worktop. My cooker grill was also left broken as they probably held it at the wrong place to move it. The silicone applied was not even done with care as it is miss aligned. I will need to paint my walls again and also replace my cooker grill. I'm sorry but thought local business will provide a better job eventhough they did give a pricey quote. I won't be taking my business there anymore. I hope in the future they will take extra care when working in people's homes.
