They have some amazing properties at the heart of the city. The team at Access London were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way.     Horrible, scammers, rude, unprofessional always with excuses to return my deposit and always with excuses when they gave me a room infected with bedbugs, also when I was in danger in the house because someone entered at night through the BROKEN kitchen window of not They repaired it and an acquaintance of mine had to do it. But it's over, I've been waiting 2 months for my deposit to be returned but I will finally put it in the hands of professionals so that they can return the money and 2 more months that is how long it takes, in addition to the fact that more than one breached the contract once time and I was only there for 3 months (I have screenshots and recordings of all conversations and calls in case they want to delete things) and finally they are inspected for fraud. You'll see how much fun we all have now! :)

    Very dishonest company. Pictures of rooms, flats do not reflect reality. If you refuse to take the room,m when you visit it, you will have a hell of a job to get refund. Be very careffull.

    All 5 star comments are workers! This is the worst agency I have ever been to. the house I'm in there is a broken window and someone broke into my house and they didn't do anything!! They didn't even contact me. Not to mention also that when I got home my room was full of bedbugs! They ignored me until I insisted. I had health problems because of this. I am waiting for my contract to end and I know it will take time for my deposit to be returned, a good complaint will be filed with the lawyers I know.

    So East London agencies are not really known for their quality, but I feel obligated to write a review as a warning to others who might rent with Access London. Firstly the positives: the room was relatively nice compared to a lot of others I've seen, and there was a couple of situations where the agency did 'try' to fix some of the issues with the property. Now the negatives. Firstly, they charge you for every little thing - like the mattress protector when you move in, and for the cleaning when you move out even if you leave the room completely clean AND the room upon your arrival wasn't particularly clean (e.g. there were oil stains in the closet lol). The wifi wasn't working correctly for the whole time I was there, and it wasn't working at all for a period of about a month. It took them approximately 3 months to try and change it (and it was still terrible). Likewise, with any problem it takes months to resolve, and some were never addressed. It took them over a month to return the deposit. Nearing the end of the stay the communication was becoming impossible - they'd just ignore every call, text, or email. Also, they allowed 2 extra people to move into the flat where it was initially supposed to be 4 people max. Ok, and now for the worst experience and the one that I need to warn people about. Even though all the bills were included in the price of the rent, after a few months I got a water bill with my name on it. It turns out (even though they deny it) that the agency gave my personal details to Water Thames including my address, my DOB, phone number, email, etc (which is illegal, because they did it without any notification or consent). They opened an account in my name to pay the whole yearly water bill, for the whole flat (shared between 5 strangers + a baby), and for the period of time I wouldn't even be living there (6 months after I would have moved out). When I contacted them about this, they said that they did not do it, but Water Thames said it was opened by the landlord/agency, and how else would they have all of my details and my exact move-in date. Upon my notification, they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to fix the situation. They ignored my calls, texts, and emails and I had to struggle with Water Thames to close the account I did not open nor was supposed to be paying. I fixed the situation last second, but if I hadn't, the unpaid bills that they put in my name without my knowledge or consent would have had a negative impact on my credit score and affected my life long term. I don't know why they do this, nor do I want to know, but the amount of time and nerves I spent on removing the bill from my name, all the while they did nothing, is appalling. So for anyone moving into one of their properties - be aware, because you might wake up with a huge bill in your name. Disclaimer: they deny opening the account. I, for obvious reasons, believe they are lying.
