We rented out our one bedroom apartment with Ellis & Co through Ashley for a year, and the experience was a nightmare. We realised after one year that the bedroom went completely mouldy and the tenant was complaining about it for 6 months pictures attached. We actually received the pictures and info through another agency who were amazing and life savers. We never got pictures or notes from the contractual quarterly inspections, even after chasing Ashley multiple time over the phone and emails. He always found excuses and would push back. It cost us thousands in repair plus three months unable to rent it out. Ashley was by far the worst person I had to deal with from a professional standpoint.

Best agency I've had as a tenant We let a property with Ellis & Co Bethnal Green and they were great throughout the tenancy. Particular thanks to Adam, he made the initial letting process really smooth and was super helpful with any questions we had from the start of the tenancy until the end. They also managed the property and jumped on fixing any problems that popped up in the property, so would definitely recommend them to anyone renting in East London.
