HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I was cancelled on last minute on numerous occasions. When trying to schedule a follow up appointment I found myself chasing the employee Sobia to do so, was treated with little to no compassion on the mater only with micro aggression and a patronising tone.

Had my first laser session with them. I was a little nervous at first but after speaking to their consultant I was much more at ease. He was great and answered all my questions and is always available to answer questions which helped. Booking process was easy and you get a reminder for your appointment aswell. My first session went very well the therapist was nice and friendly and I was surprised how quick and pain free my session was. Nice clean place and was easy to find, parking was available too. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Service: Laser hair removal

VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I was nervous about doing laser hair removal as I have heard it can be painful at some clinic but after doing a lot of research on the machine they use (Soprano Titanium) I decided to give them a go. I was surprised how quick and pain free my first session was. The therapist was friendly and efficient and I found their consultant who booked me in very helpful after speaking to him I felt at ease and felt confident the Soprano Titanium was the machine for me. I am on my third session and I have already noticed reduction in hair in most areas and some areas the hair is growing back very thin looking forward to the end result! Service: Laser hair removal

Brilliant experience from point of booking to my first session. My consultant is very good and was always available to answer questions before I started my treatment with them. Rebooking each session with him has been very straight forward and I get a reminder for each session incase I forget. I am third session in and have already noticed a difference in my hair growth. Hair in most areas are coming out thin and some areas very little hair growth. My therapist is friendly which makes the treatment more comfortable.
