Shocking bike hire service. DO NOT USE. Talk about hidden fees. Every single ride, without fail, has been disastrous. Bike never locks properly and you are charged fees for 'unclear parking' even if you've parked in a stand. Just been conned out of 15 pound from a 10 minute ride. Con artists and I wont be using their service anymore and will be making a formal complaint. I repeat avoid at all costs

A terrible service 6 months that I use beryl and I use it almost every day every time I take a bike, it is degraded, there are wheels that are punctured, there are brakes that do not exist no, there are lights that do not exist, there are baskets that are not fixed properly. I take 10 different bikes a week, out of these 10 bikes there is only one bike or bike that works well, it's shameful to put the lives of users in danger, one day there will be a serious accident and bryl will be banned by government scooters work well but I use very rarely ( BOURNEMOUTH)
