AVOID! For real AVOID!! Currently waiting for them to pay back my deposit. Even a court case didn't make them comply. Just to name a few things: deposit is not protected and the agency makes it really difficult to get it back, the contract is written like a typical scam, you have to pay extra for everything even if youre one day late with rent they might charge you , they tried to charge me 150 pounds for staying at the property longer despite previously discussing it with them and hearing of no chanrge, and when I contacted a solicitor they got scared and waived the fee, the agents lied that theres a cleaner coming to the house twice a month and before I moved in (in fact nobody has ever cleaned the property), there were three people sharing a room in my property and nobody mentioned it before I signed a contract, we had mice and nothing was done about that. In the contract they tell you to be reasonable and not call them, just email. I am asking them to be reasonable and close their business. Not only scammers but seriously horrible people who make your life more difficult in the name of being d!ckheads.

I am truly shocked to see how many fake reviews they have accumulated over the last few months. I had a terrible experience with this agency and if I could - I would give them zero stars. The deposit that I paid at the beginning of my tenancy was not returned. I sent them multiple emails enquiring about it, but after they asked for my bank account details - responses I received were similar to someone will get in touch with you on Monday until they stopped responding at all. After I realised that I was dealing with con artists - I decided to do some further research and it appears that they are not a part of DPS or any other deposit protection schemes, they are also not a part of Property Redress Scheme as it turns out, they were removed, due to non compliance with PRS policies. Also, the conditions of the properties they manage are absolutely shocking. Half of the furniture was broken, which is a health and safety hazard; there was grease on the walls and ceiling in the kitchen, all of the appliances were dirty. They promised that they will send someone to clean the property before the move in date, but that did not happen. All of it came as a shock to me as I never had any bad experiences with letting agencies in the past. I will be seeing you in court. Hopefully it will put an end to this scam.

It's been 5 months chasing to get my deposit back. The company's account is red and they hide your money in other banks' accounts and will never give you back your deposit. They are not part of government organizations. Mohammed Tayeeb is a scammer who is going to steal your money. Do not believe in these good reviews here because probably these people are their friends. Waiting for their response here, as they stopped answering me a month ago after so many lies. They are despicable, thieves, and don't consider people at all.
