Working Well has gone down hill. No one has been in touch with me after the manager rejected my request to move employment specialists. Ive been left to rot because I found my specialist triggering and gave me limited support in looking for a job compared to other clients. I tried complaining but no luck. Rather than talk about it with me and the specialist, the Enfield Manager said she couldnt move me and told me to talk to the specialist even though I told her I felt uncomfortable with so of course Im not going to talk to someone who is triggering my symptoms. No one has been in touch with me since 6th February. They know Im unemployed and finding it very hard to get a job in this current climate. But no support. Id avoid them. They dont care about people with specific mental health issues.I got the impression they were trying to get rid of me to be honest. How disheartening and cruel. When I first joined two years ago they had much better management which is now very poor. I had an amazing specialist who unfortunately left the charity. But since then they have specialists who dont think before they speak and dont actually help but come out with compliments and flattery but no actual support. You cant run a charity claiming to care for vulnerable people when you leave others who really need the support to fall through the cracks - double standards. Thats discrimination.

A small handful of staff members are genuinely caring and very helpful, you cannot fault them. One or two are a little rough around the edges and could do with learning their material thoroughly before being let loose on clients who come from varying degrees of mental health issues and need different ways of being catered for. The only downside are the people whom this organisation appoints to advise on courses etc; Upskill. If anyone has seen a dog running around in a tight circle frantically chasing its tail in a bid to grab it but never quite manages it, this then is Upskill. They are very unprofessional, discourteous, arrogant and soul destroying considering the calibre of people they have to support, I would say they are very dangerous for the general mental welfare of their clients. Their clumsy approach drags a client with debilitating depression back to square one and keeps them there. Perish the thought if they were to take on board a client with severe psychotic problems, it would be interesting to see how skilled Upskill will be in crawling away from an apocalyptic bedlam with their person intact. Working Well Trust deserves a good and supportive financial structure from strong and reliable sponsors and better promotion plus a solid team of supportive advisers who are in the know about the law and they need to flick away Upskill like the useless drone it is. Two stars for the good intentions of the few.

I am a service user at Sew&support project for 3 years +, Working well trust is a pure gem in our society. Most of the staff that I have encountered with are the most wonderful human beings on this planet. There are some very dodgy staff at the top who are and have been neglecting and bullying sew&support project and I and the service users are paying the price for it. I have expressed my concern to the people at the top but they responded with a dodgy robotic response. I dont really know how I am going to deal with this now.
