Perhaps they've got new staff but I have nothing but good things to say about how the clinic has treated my girlfriend. I've found the reception team to be much friendlier and professional than other reviews here (again not to say those reviews aren't/weren't valid) and the doctor himself has been very good with her too.

This service and many others embodies the valueless & negligent NHS care & treatment offered within London Borough of Hackney. Even the effort to offer patients these services through a postal letter is criminal waste of the paper, the envelope and the stamp which is actually worth more then the services themselves. Buyer Beware!

been waiting to get an appointment for 5 months. Called them to chase on my referral, been told by a rude receptionist that doctor was sending out appointment letters on the same day. Over a month later no letters have been received, called again to speak to someone, at first the rude lady on the phone hung up on me after I explained my problem, I called her back and she arrogantly said I would get a call by the end of the day, which never happened. These unqualified people are just there to steal jobs. Disgusting handling of mental health patients

Useless reception staff. Rude and blunt and put me on hold before I had finished a sentence. If the NHS can only find staff like this it's a real shame. The doctor I had contact with was very professional however.
