Do not recommend, as a first time customer this has been a very upsetting experience. I had an appointment booked at 9am only to be called 10 minutes before to be told she is running 10 minutes late but over 20 minutes late is an absolute liberty! The shop wasnt even open, so what time would we have started and finished the treatment, it would have been a rushed job. She should have reached the shop way before my appointment for her to be able to set up and start the day. What made it worse is that I had to make childcare arrangements and leave my newborn baby and young child at home only to waste my time. As a mother with young children it is not often that you find the time for yourself and so was looking really forward to having this treatment especially considering the reviews that I read but it only ended up in me wasting my time, money and energy for literally nothing!

I have been having my hair treated, relaxed and more by Beauty Couture London for 5+ years and Ive had nothing but amazing results everytime! I recently had my hair relaxed, and cut into a bob for my birthday and honestly I loved every minute of it.
