        Replaced valve for me when there was an issue with it, no problems. Affordable efficient and helpful.

        Worst bikes you can buy. Everything broke within a few months of use. Brakes levers dismantled, wheels punctured as if they were built to last only a couple of weeks and be replaced - and ironically they will charge you for puncture proof tubes upon initial purchase, brake pads worn out within one month or two. No chain guard to stop trousers getting caught in the chain - happened to me countless times and very unsafe. Really bad paint job on the bike. After a few months, the paint and chains became rusty despite being stored inside half of the time. It cost more to maintain this bike than to buy a very good quality road bike from somewhere else. Hackney Cycles is all show but no substance.

        You see so many Hackney Cycles you already know they good! Had my bike about 5 years in all, they the fastest, cheapest and most reliable about! For repairs go early though, they get mad busy!
