        Unfriendly staff. All pay in machines broken and all outside cash machines broken too. Completely pointless visit. Also no ability to pay in money via front desk.

        Today I called the bank and Im so happy with the guy who help he was so professional and helpful His name is Tippu Haseeb Im giving 5 starts just because of his patience with me and making me satisfied with my issue , very good service:)

        I read the reviews and was apprehensive about visiting. I even walked in ready for battle as if preemptively anticipating nonsense and rudeness. Upon taking less than 5 steps into the branch I am approached greeted respectfully and directed where I am to wait. A short 5 minute wait the lady helps me and resolves my online banking issue and answers my questions around extra products patiently and clearly. Good branch good staff
