Justin has been a pleasure to work with throughout our entire extension project, which involved extending the ground floor and side return on a Victorian terraced house. He was involved from the start with the design and helped to manage the project. His knowledge in the local area also helped to ensure we obtained planning permission from the local council and he has a lot of contacts within the industry. Overall, our experience with Justin was top and I would definitely recommend him!

Justin & his team helped us to understand the potential of our property which is often hard to visualise. Justin spent a lot of time understanding our lifestyle and desires for a family home before making recommendations for how to best use our budget. Really friendly bunch, realistic and personable- we really trusted they understood us as people and that came through in the designs. They were patient with us as we worked through at our pace, but were super quick getting things done to keep the project moving. Letting them lead on planning permission was invaluable- they turned it around really quickly and managed the process seamlessly. Would 100% recommend !

We have worked with Justin and the Native North team on a ground floor renovation including a side return extension and our experience has been an outstanding one. From the start Justin has been great to work with. He is responsive, has presented multiple great ideas, and has been incredibly helpful in managing the project. Justin has a had a lovely attitude throughout and is easy to speak to if we ever need anything. We initially chose to work with Justin as he is very competent on the technical building side of the project, but we have also really valued his design input (even down to details like lights, tiles, etc) and the finished project would not be the same without it. Anyone who undergoes a home building project knows that it can be stressful, but Justin has really helped lift a lot of this projects weight for us. We would highly recommend Justin and his Native North team to anyone looking to undergo a residential building project of their own.

Absolutely loved working with Justin and Native North. Great collaboration, really took the time to understand our needs as a family and future proofing our home as our children get older. Ultimately, we ended up with a very innovative and creative solution, that really takes into account the period nature of our home, and creating a new modern space that is a perfect fit. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for architects who bring a different perspective amidst a sea of similar home extension projects!!

Justin and team helped us through our first building project from start to finish with complete transparency and ease. He listened patiently to everything we wanted and the end result was better than we could have imagined. He was so helpful and happy to give us the regular advice we needed for our first renovation project. Justin helped us transform our house and we couldn't be happier!
