    A huge thank you to Melanie for all of her help and patience over the past few months. She has been instrumental in planning my DIY wedding on a local farm. James and the team who set up the Marquee were very professional, skilled and friendly. All of the equipment hired was perfect and very presentable. It is rare to see a company who go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to any one who is planning a Wedding or any other event.     Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Melanie, James and the team for doing such a great job with the marquee for our wedding. The soft fabric lining, chandeliers and fairy lights really did it for me; suiting our outdoor countryside wedding beautifully. The reveal curtain was great for maintaining this image and the chairs were really simple and classic. The maxi clear windows were a great option for summer as we could open everything fully. Communication was brilliant and everything was very efficient. Went off without a hitch! Thanks again.

    I just wanted to take the time to show our appreciation and happiness in your recent work for our wedding reception. Giving ourselves 3 months to plan a wedding was a challenge that relied on the support of a multitude of people in our life. We have had friends and family bake cakes, make decorations and pull together to make our special day a success. As late as 11pm on the night before the wedding we were out shopping for snacks and putting finishing touches on the setting. Our biggest concern was the companies we would use to make everything a success, they are of course the one thing we cannot control. You have exceeded our expectations in every aspect. From our initial meeting we felt in safe hands and that we were contracting a company that would support us and deliver on their promises. You stuck to deadlines, provided accurate and accountable quotes and communicated us well. You also (perhaps most importantly) kept me in-line and to deadlines. I am by far not the easiest person to work with, given my laid-back approach to everything in life When putting the marquee up your team were a pleasure to be around, polite courteous and informative. Whilst I left the instillation to the experts, I did feel that I was involved in decisions and told everything I need to know. Sarah was unable to be at the installation of the marquee (as she was waiting for my suit to be delivered, a separate story for another day) and as such I was so glad to be supported by your team. During the deconstruction I can only echo my above comments. You were where you said when you said you will be there. I cant see me needing another marquee for a wedding (fingers crossed) but I would not hesitate in recommending your company to anyone that asks. We will provide pictures of the event that you are free to use on any media platforms you wish. If I had to sum up the experience in a few words it would be good price great communication and great staff. Thank you again for looking after us and making our day so amazing.

    It has been such a pleasure to deal with Ambassador and we could not recommend them highly enough after using them for our wedding anniversary celebrations. On the admin side, Melanie was just brilliant. She's amazingly organised (unlike us!) but has a kindness to her which never made us feel hopeless or like a nuisance for tweaking numbers and some details. James oversaw the erection and dismantling of the marquee with a team of chaps and they too were all excellent. Everyone had beautiful manners, was so helpful and the end result was lovely. We had so many compliments for the marquee and it looked exactly how we had hoped. The attention to detail was excellent too. For example, we weren't so keen on the metal structure of the otherwise lovely 'gable' window, so some of the boys returned the next morning to put adapted ivory covers on them. Not many companies would go to such trouble, but we had the feeling that Ambassador cared as much as we did about everything being just right! The price was good too - there may not be much of a range between companies but this cost was reasonable and especially in the context of the excellent product, service and communication.
