Its a lovely place to fish with secure parking. Good bags of mixed fish are the norm, and those fishing for Carp can expect several in a session. In my experience the average size of the Carp is around nine pounds with very rare and exceptional fish going to around twenty pounds. Pegs are plentiful and comfortable. However, be aware that when the sun shines the complex becomes very busy. Unfortunately, and for no justifiable reason, there is now a ban on the use of floating bread (even though it can be used as a submerged bait, lame excuses given!!). That, together with other daft and unjustified `managerial` decisions of late (only my and others opinions with whom i`ve chatted with), will likely as not see me surrendering my season ticket at the end of this season.

Nice and peaceful, and was great to catch a few fish ,so lovely did not want to leave

Best kept fishing venue in Kent, for a local club, with work being done by volunteers.
