My grandmother bought me this experience for my 21st birthday and it won't be one I'll forget. The team were all really friendly and welcoming, the Pilot really made the effort to engage with everyone and chat to people, which was great. I got lots of amazing photos, and even complimentary champagne at the end! It is definitely worth the money; if you have the chance to do it, I would; I would do it all over again!

It's very easy to get a ticket. They will do anything to convince you to buy. Only then do they state that there are no refunds. Purchased tickets for a one week trip to London and I was very clear that there would be no other option but to do it on the day that it was booked. They said it would be fine and that there was nothing to worry about. On the day we get told that it's cancelled and that we need to book another timeslot. After explaining the situation, they do not care and use their terms and conditions to get away from any kind of refund. It states that you can only get a refund if you've died. "ONLY IF THE PERSON HAS DIED" how ridiculous is that? How is that even acceptable. Edit: I am 100% sure it is the right company. I was never offered any other option to get the vouchers in a way that protects us. We paid upfront and were reassured there would be no problems and We made sure we said that we were only staying for a week.
