Goosedale is one of those places that is a very good venue for a party or a wedding but you have to be careful not to end up going the wrong way and drive to the middle of a field. Perhaps SatNav has improved since I last went as this time there was no problem. Plenty of parking and very comfortable for 200 - 250 guests with a decent dance floor or more if not using one.

We just wanted to write a review based on our experience of our wedding day with Goosedale. We had such a lovely day, we couldn't have asked for more. Laura was our wedding coordinator that contacted us a few months before our wedding and she was just brilliant. She always responded to my emails of constant questions around our external decor lady, the food we had with goosedale etc etc if I couldn't reach through on the phone, and was always helpful and extremely patient. On the actual day we were so grateful to have Laura with us to help, she made sure everything ran on time and smoothly and made sure my husband and I had everything we needed (not just for us but for our guests aswell). She's super organised and friendly, and we'd like to thank Laura for helping us arrange our special day and helping to make sure it went the way we had hoped and planned for for a year! It truly was magical. Also, thank you to Laura's colleague that was working on the bar and that helped pack up at the end of the night, apologies I didn't get your name as we stood talking aboutbyour upcoming wedding too! but again - thank you so much for all of your help keeping our guests happy and enjoying their time. Goosedale are lucky to have you both! Just to mention, our guests also commented on how lovely the hog roast buffet and canaps were, so credit to your chef too :) thanks again!
