Asked for it to repaired are money back as in 30 days warranty. Has been into the garage now with same faults 3 times .
Under the act off Now in short term (meaning that I still have 30 days to return from the day it was in garage and mended). So as its not mended I asked for money back told by Derek Harron that his business went under in March 22nd.
Car was bought end of July 2022 of him
Finally she got her money back after taking him too small claims court who awarded in her favour
