Folly Fields Pet Crematorium

This was our first time cremating a pet, our perfect guinea-pig Mortimer. We were obviously heartbroken but the service Folly Fields provided was exceptional and made everything easier. Providing us with a clipping of Mortimer's hair was the perfect touch and something we will treasure forever. We can't thank Rachel enough for spending the time to talk to us when we dropped Mortimer off, it really meant a lot to us and put us at ease with the process. Although we hope not to cremate another pet for a while, we will definitely continue to use Folly fields for the foreseeable future. I can't recommend them enough!

We can't recommend Folly Fields Pet Crematorium highly enough. They were brilliant, caring, thoughtful and compassionate. After an initial phone call, it was agreed that because of the distance we had to travel, it was ok to drop off our cat, Arnie, and pick him up 4 hours later. Excellent service. We collected him in a small scatter tube, along with a small fur clipping. Dare I say, value for money was also 10/10. A huge thank you for everything.

Having to say goodbye in January to our amazing old furboy was the hardest thing.The pain and sadness is tremendous. We miss our Charlie so much. We wanted to give him a respectful farewell and choosing Folly fields was meant to be, as Rachel totally understood the love we have for him and our heartbreak. What a kind and comforting,lovely way she has,which made the process personal and not morbid. They do a difficult job, with care in lovely surroundings. When we left our boy in the care of Folly fields we felt at peace knowing it was all done with a respectful manner. The paw cast is beautiful of our boy and a precious reminder of our love for him. Our cat, Rio 17 year old passed away on 1st March 2023. She brought us love and joy and it would be fair to say was a full family member. That we are missing her would be an understatement. I was not sure who I would ask to cremate our lovely lady without exception, we settled on Folly Fields and can I say they really were respectful and clearly cared that the cremation and the good bye to her was so kind. I brought Rio down after being put to sleep with the vet to Folly Fields where we were allowed to say goodbye to our little girl, and yes there're were lots of tears. The cremation and picking up of Rio 2 days later was so nice and respectful we were glad and knew they were sincere in their business. What can I say? Aga thank-you so much for your compassion for us and Rio and for making our journey easier to do. Rio is now in the heart we got from you. God bless. Polly and Jeff

Thank you for helping us at a difficult time. Collected our Lab Doogie within an hour of him being put to rest and we had him back home a couple of days later. Felt very personal not just a "job". Thank you.
