Emails never answered, calls to any telephone number just go to a hold queue for ever and never get answered.

Without a doubt this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with ANY company in my 40 years on this planet. I wish I could go back in time and prevent myself from deciding to use their services. At every given opportunity they have made mistake after mistake. And to make matters worse they have then failed to correct those mistakes. The staff ranged from friendly (but incompetent) to downright rude (and incompetent) Absolute and complete incompetence at every level. I'm not even convinced that they know how insurance even works. They can't even get the absolute basics right as to what they can and can't disclose under DPA. If I could give them a negative star rating I would. Avoid like the plague

If you have an accident and are given the choice to used Auxillis, I would suggest getting used to their hold music, you will be hearing it a lot! I have had to chase my claim at every point of the process and have been thoroughly unimpressed.
