Elvi Motors and repairs diagnosed and fixed my car on the same day I brought it in. I brought it on a whim as my VWGolf suddenly began to sound and feel like something was terribly wrong. They were very prompt and friendly. Ali was helpful and considerate of the whole process. I would definitely bring my car back here for any repairs. Literally the most helpful people, Mr Ali helped me find the right car even after so many inquiries I made he was very patient and professional. He even gave me advice on how to purchase the cheapest insurance and really made my day by just how kind he was. Would highly recommended

Theyre not busy when asking for payment but then become very busy when it comes to communication and customer care. Rude staff and appalling customer service! AVOID for your peace of mind! Reply to your response: no need to provide information to sales team because we have talked about this already and I received no apology. I have proof of conversations that ensued between Ali at Elvi Motors and I to prove my experience with Elvi motors is genuine therefore my review is genuine thank you.
