Cannot recommend these guys enough. We had previously had a bad experience with someone else before finding what we were looking for here . Everyone in the garage are lovely! Great communication and in my eyes go above and beyond for their customer.. I'm extremely happy with our merc ML which is perfect for the job it's needed for . hopefully we will be back again for our children's cars in future

Poor communication I enquired about a car they had via autotrader and received no reply at all, Extremely rude and poor management of enquiries, if they fall at the 1st hurdle I wouldn't be confident buying a car here.

Purchased the car online and arranged delivery. Was told would be delivered between 11 and 12 the next day...car didn't arrive at expected time but was informed this was due to a delivery van issue and would be there by 4, however it didn't arrive until 9.30pm after lots of broken promises of delivery times. Discovered many faults over the next two weeks, rang Toretto Motors who told us to ring the AA to get the car towed back to them...AA came out and found many faults and told us the car was unfit to drive. Battery was loose, coolant leak, head gasket not replaced as previously stated it was, water leak. Took a week to get a refund after again many broken promises of payment. Car is still sat on the road outside my house. Customer service is terrible.
