        My son has been training with Phoenix Muay Thai for 13 years. The gym is friendly and welcoming. He wouldn't train anywhere else

        Whatever your goals are youll struggle to find a better gym than this. Theres no egos or bullies allowed - just great people pushing each other to be better. Kru Rick clearly loves what he does and it reflects in everything from the classes to the atmosphere. Doesnt matter if you cant do a single press-up yet, everyone is equal! Cant recommend this place enough!

        Started to join the gym after a divorce to getting my confidence back and Rick couldnt be any better. I joined with a friend and he immediately made us feel welcome and very supportive in new members. Great vibe everyone else made us feel very welcoming and really looking forward to my weekly training.
