        Have contacted the company 3 times via their webform for a warranty enquiry for a failed lock. Nobody has replied and can't find a number on the website.

        Ordered Wrong Part Online.. Rang Through To Change It.. Staff Were More Than Helpful.. & Had No Problems Doing So & Also Refunded The Difference Back Within 48 Hours, Lock Fitted In Minutes Thanks

        Just had a new uPVC back door and French doors fitted with uap keys. Went to fill out the guarantee registration but during the registration you have to list items in your home with a value of 50 and over, including date purchased and cost. Sorry but who has the time and details available to do that. Literally everything in the house is worth more than 50. Pure sales gimmick. Oh, by the way just did the same for our Endurance doors keys by abs and was simple 3 steps. Would give 1 star but the locks work, so rating against the gimmick
