I showed a picture of balayage and i was told it will be 140 however when my hair was done it was nothing like the image and i was told that my hair cannot be that colour its alot darker she refused to do anything to it. If that was the case then i should have been told when i showed the pic that it cannot be done rather than telling me right at the end. Not happy with my hair and like others have said in the reviews staff members treat u different and come across rude. Service: Balayage

I didnt want to leave a bad review but after the condition and state of my hair I have no option but to. I was really hesitant to book with this salon as I read their reviews and the majority are really bad however, after seeing some of their work I wanted to give it a go anyway. I went for a balayage, I have naturally very dark hair and I was told that I would be able to get it to a light blonde or blonder than I originally came in with, as that was my end goal. When I came out from the salon my hair was actually made to be darker after a full balayage. No one could notice I had my hair done, and I couldnt believe I paid 100 for this. I was extremely disappointed and upset because I was told I would be able to get my hair lighter, if you couldnt do it it should have been stated. I was also told that my hair in the past was not a balayage, when it was and when I showed examples of hair I was told that they were extensions and not the girls hair being balayaged. If youre not going to do as your customer wills, then say it from the beginning. I was extremely upset so I contacted the girl who did it, and she was professional and she was kind about it and offered to do this again for me. I went in a few days after and my hair was extremely brassy, very gingery and now my hair just falls out in major chunks, is gingery instead of a blonde (which is what my other hairdresser is able to achieve every time). I also wanted my hair blow dried curly however she insisted that I should have it wavy. Ive never had wavy hair and if Im paying for a service why am I being told to have wavy hair? I repeated myself a few times saying I dont really have wavy hair when I go to the hairdresser, I prefer curly but in the end I just felt embarrassed and ended up going with it. I left the salon feeling embarrassed as I am not a confrontational person so didnt want to say I didnt like my hair, and tried to just deal with it but paying 100 for it to look like absolutely nothing has been done is not worth it. My bangs were also incorrectly cut and one side had much more hair then the other side, so had to get this recut next time I went. Also, going out for a cig every 5 minutes and coming back with an extremely bad odour of cigarette was making me feel sick, and I didnt want to be sat on a seat for four hours with that smell lingering around me. I just think customers need to be considered when it comes to customer services like working in a hairdresser. I really wouldnt recommend this salon, at all. The hair service I experienced was really not to a good standard for what they charge with/ without an offer.
