        I purchased a Bermuda nearly 2 years and the sound suddenly stopped working, I contacted customer service and even though the item is way out of warranty the customer service agent helped me to rectify the problem by very patiently guiding me through how to reconnect my stylus which had dislodged itself due to me banging into it. I cannot praise them highly enough this is the second time I have been helped and am very pleased with the service, I would recommend this company, the products and service and outstanding A+++
