        Severely let down. I organised for an electrician to check the electrics and provide an EICR. I made it clear this was for the purpose of pre purchase of a property. Poor communication and delays throughout which didn't bother me much. What did was their electrician only doing a visual check, did not actually test the electrics of the full house like I was told they would. I had my suspicions and queried about a full rewire of the property, but the company (communication with Carrie) assured me rewiring was uncessesary and gave me a quote of just under 800 to correct a few things. Only to find out AFTER I have already purchased the property, it does need a complete rewiring costing 4k. I have tried to reach out to both Carrie and the company to discuss this with zero reply back.
