Avoid Big Bertha bean bags. Huge lack of support here, and the only option to get anywhere with customer services is email routes. Which takes two days plus, should they decide to contact you back .....bare in mind though, the information provided will contradict what delivery companies and Amazon support teams tell you. That's if you get a response from GHS, I got my response when I told them I'll dump it back in their warehouse then. Regarding telephone routes for customer services ... Try calling yourself on the number below....no one answers any of the lines/options. They may have a great product I don't know, I didn't get mine to test it out, and when deliveries go astray....don't expect a smooth transaction here either. If you are near Manchester you are better off. You can simply dump it back in their warehouse and be done with it. Shame really as the site in Whitefield is kinda big and they had plenty of stock in the warehouse too, but like others have said on the various social media channels and shopping platforms trustpilot and the like.....badly managed and seriously lacking customer support.
