Shocking, sent items back and they only refunded half of them and refused to help. Having to contact my bank to resolve it.

No one should have to pursue a refund for a return. T&C's state three to five days processing time. Tracking shows returned on the 27th of last month, arrived 29th, it's now the 8th. I guess they'll be some half hearted excuse as to why customers have to chase a company for the most basic requirement. Update. Refund and apology recieved today, the day after my email requesting said refund.

Waiting 11 days now for my item to be dispatched. "they're working on it" is the message. Not good enough.

Ordered around 20 Garments over 5 Orders this year. Garments : Quality fine - better than most mid range high street, tumble dry with care (I no longer do as 3 items shrunk but its most likely tumble dryer settings), T Shirts go for 1 size bigger, but Polo's are a good fit normal size. I like the short sleeved shirts, fit very well. Customer Service - No problems, contacted me when Hermes damaged a package in transit and had no issues with it being returned to sender and replaced, seem to reply to me very quickly on the email as well. The best thing certainly in the south east, its still not a massively exposed brand although confused for Superdry - it's something different.

shorts i ordered were awful quality ,Juno i think,and size was about 2 sizes to o small,and i had to pay for the privilege to to return them,first and last time I will be using this company
