I went to my appointment on the 22nd July and had Sadie as my stylist. I had explained to her that I wanted to dye my hair back to my natural colour. A dark ginger. I asked if this was possible and she said yes. I left the salon with bright orange hair and was extremely sad. I didn't realise how bright it was until I went outside in the sunlight. I messaged her straight away and explained how I did not like it and if I could come back in. She had been explaining earlier that day how she had spaces left in her day that day so asked if she could do it then. She did not reply so I phoned the salon and she said she would see what she could do and would get back to me that day, she did not reply to my messages for a week. I ended up having to go to a different salon and therefore asked for a refund, she said she would do that but again, after I sent my details, she did not reply. I have still been trying to get in contact and have called the salon and messaged her multiple times and she still hasn't got back to me after agreeing to give me a refund. She is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Service: Hair coloring
