The two lads that came to deliver and fit my washing machine were great lads very friendly and very polite fitted my new one and took the old one away very good service

Absolutely DISGRACEFUL service. Use at your OWN RISK. I called this guy out over 3 weeks ago to fix my cooker and he charged me 48 for the labour of looking at the cooker AND to fix it. He came over and managed to diagnose the problem and told us he will get back to us in 2 to 3 days. It had gotten to the 3rd day and we had heard NOTHING. So I called up just for him to tell me that he cant get the part whilst telling me that I need to buy it from EBay for 31.99 I texted him asking what the difference was between 2 that was on there and he just ignored me. Several messages later and still nothing. Me and my partner must of called over 15 times with NO answer whatsoever. It just rings and rings then goes through to voicemail which then tells me is full for me to leave a message which is very suspicious imo. I have come to the conclusion that because he is in the bury area and I am in the M3 (Salford/Manchester) area, he has put me down as too far out to do the full job and come back to fit the part but still thought he could take money off me for the first visit. Absolutely disgusting how Ive now lost 48 for half a job and no other company will come out just to fit the part as they have to look at it all again costing me more money (120!) I am glad I didnt buy the part and waste my money for him to not bother as other companies I have contacted told me that the part he recommended wasnt even correct. I have had NO choice to take this up with my bank as a retail dispute so hopefully it will come in my favour and Ill get a refund otherwise I have lost nearly 200! The guy is a con artist, stay away! Completely unprofessional service. Would NOT recommend whatsoever. (Notice how other bad reviews on google and his website have also stated how he doesnt get back to you whilst he responds with lies that he hasnt received your calls and always gets back to my customers which is a complete LIE.)
