We stopped for a drink .my wife and daughter decided to eat They ordered pork cubes ment to be crispy chips we so well done couldn't eat them at all but the colslaw was beautiful it was best to pay and not go back pork was just lumps of fat very sad but the people were nice

Booked a table for 6 on a Sunday and we had a range of meals from roasts to burgers, and my self the salmon dish which I have to say was OUTSTANDING. Very homely feel to the place with happy enthusiastic staff. We will definitely go back when in the area again

A welcoming retreat after a 14 mile walk across the South Downs. Food was delicious, catering for all 12 of us effortlessly (we did book in advance!) Staff were very friendly and the selection of beers were excellent. Would definitely recommend.
