        Delighted with our 2 Ercol chairs. Covered in a beautiful woollen cloth, refurbished back to 'as new' condition. Look fantastic! Delivered free too.

        I reached out for furniture maintenance advice and without any promise of a job, Simon sent the most comprehensive, kind reply. This man clearly knows all there is to know when it comes to Ercol, and above all, puts a great deal of care into his work. When the time comes to restore, I will feel absolutely confident leaving my beloved table in his hands. Thank you again, Simon. Anneliese

        The best customer service! Simon helped me solve the mystery of whether or not it was an Ercol 334 or 203 that I was looking for over a period of weeks, without even knowing that there could be a sale at the end of it - and when I eventually decided to go for it, he pulled out all the stops to get my chair to me within two weeks. Penny arranged for fabric examples to be sent to me from Linwood and gave me about an hour to talk me through colour options. And then, they delivered the chair personally (it's gorgeous!) and my cat promptly claimed it! I cannot recommend these guys enough.
