Posturite Limited

Bought a brand new Logitech keyboard from their ebay store a few months ago, supposedly with a one year manufacture warranty, spoke to logitech themselves who advises me to contact the seller, all the seller needed to do is send Logitech an email logging a case reference but for whatever reason, they have refused to and now ignore all my last 4 messages! What a disgrace of a company.

Great and informative service from start to finish. Chair was ordered and delivered a few weeks later without issue. Andy attended the office to set up the chair a couple of weeks later and was very knowledgeable ensuring a well adjusted chair. A very positive experience with Posturite.

Returned items weeks ago, still awaiting refund. Marked as returned by Royal Mail, yet not even a confirmation of receipt from Posturite. Multiple calls to customer service, still not resolved.

I do find it amusing that every item I order from Posturite I know for a fact is going to cause a comedy of errors. From clueless delivery tracking, to 3 months wait for a headrest, to almost having an argument with a customer services representative who was insisting on delivering another 600 chair even though it had already arrived. If it wasn't for the fact my company works with them I would never order again!
