        Excellent service all round. Laptop was dead and having tried some basic recovery it seemed terminal. Contacted Action IT and was able to drop it off the same day. Costs were clearly outlined in advance, and prognosis was open and honest in 'a worst case scenario' sort of way. The best I could hope for was to recover some of my data, maybe. However, 48 hours later all my data was recovered and my laptop had a new hard drive and operating system...all for less than a third of what a new laptop would have cost me. Super pleased and would thoroughly recommend this service.

        Replaced the failing hard drive on my PC. Amazingly quick service (less than three hours!) Very helpful and reasonably priced. Highly recommended. PC works properly again now.
