Helpful friendly just a pleasure to speak to! Wish we wasnt from leeds. Our train was cancelled . Next minute we are in a pre paid taxi to edinburgh with a friendly driver and still enjoying our long weekend away. This service took us all by suprise and was thankful for what the staff at the station did to help us! These are the ones what deserve the credit and pay rises they cared in what they did.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, they were a massive help when I'd lost my wallet on the train and ended up stranded in Berwick.
