We bought an all-terrain power chair for our son from Mike and his team. The service they provided us has been outstanding. Mike brought a range of chairs for our son to try from home and even went to the local forest paths so we could try it out there too. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He kept us informed while we waited for delivery and delivered it earlier than we had hoped. They even dropped some spare inner tubes off for us. Mike also managed to source a used fold up power chair for us as well at a great price. Highly recommended and proof that it's better to deal with a small local firm.

The manager was very good on the phone initially, and offered to let my partner and I see an invalid bath lift demonstration model as it is difficult to see from photos if it would be suitable size wise. The care and attention to us was first class which is very rare these days so a big thumbs up to this company

You couldnt get a better service than NE mobility solutions. The staff are brilliant, they are so passionate and understanding. They genuinely care and want to get the mobility aid that will work best for your needs. They go above and beyond to help you and im so grateful. I know I rely on them and thats so important to me.
