Kwik Fit - Berwick

Not good. Dealt with an uninterested chap called Wayne, he told us the puncture on rear was unrepairable as too near previous repair, and we would need two new tyres for front as at 3mm. Didnt have tyres we already had on vehicle, so on their advice re needing three new ones I decided to replace all four at a cost of nearly 520 including tracking / alignment etc.. was told they were having roof repairs at the garage imminently, but if I went back first thing in the morning theyd be able to replace all four and align / track. Arrived 8.45 next day and workmen already had scaffolding up to attend to roof at the garage! Long story short, they couldnt check alignment or tracking but still wanted 520 for work! I told them to leave it and went elsewhere locally, they repaired the unrepairable tyre and said we didnt need two new front ones!!? A saving of 500!! AVOID!!!!!!!

On holiday in berwick and the car had the EML on. I tried 12 plus local garages but no one could fit me in until next week by which time we would be home. Tried these guys to see if they could tell me what the fault was before driving 200 miles home. Not only did they plug it in and clear the codes. They didnt charge me a penny. Very happy customer. Once again fantastic service from the lads at Berwick-upon-Tweed, car was booked in for annual service and MoT for 10am, done and dusted by 2.45 no issues and got 10% Veterans discount applied, great price, cheers guys.

They were fully booked for the day that got a puncture but they managed to fit me in, excellent service.
