        It's always a pleasure when I visit the Berwick store for an eye test or new frames and lenses. You know you're in caring and professional hands with Alex, the Optometrist using the most up-to-date eye testing equipment. The girls who welcome you in and take care of your every needs after your eyetest are second to none. Such great caring service from everyone. A Jewel in the Crown of Boots Opticians.

        My husband & I had our eyes tested today, from the moment we walked in the door, we were made very welcome. Katie was very friendly & efficient & explained everything to us, she help us choose the best frames. Also Alex the optician was great he also explained everything whilst he was testing our eyes. . We left feeling satisfied & new glasses on order. Deserve far more than 5*. Fabulous customer service.

        My visiting friend went to the Berwick store, and the service she received was fantastic. They contacted her home opticians to check her prescription, and arranged replacement contacts for her. Fantastic service.

        I cannot praise the staff and service at this store highly enough. Their 5 stars are very well deserved. I was burgled recently and among other things, my glasses were stolen. When I went in, the staff were so kind and sympathetic. Although my glasses weren't covered for theft they offered to replace them for me as a goodwill gesture, that was very much appreciated. Many thanks for their excellent and fast service. I would highly recommend a visit this store.
