It's a nice GP Surgery talking to reception over the phone they always resolve my inquiry...I think that they do their best especially due to Covid 19 and they do try to assure to make an appointment with the doctor but its very hard nowadays to make appointment over the phone to a doctor as it seems its not much possible nowadays and all you can talk to is a reception ...I guess that's how it works nowadays...but keep going reception you are doing a great job...thats why I give 5 stars respecting hard work from others complying with duty of care. Leaving the minor injuries department this morning at 8am having been to get a dressing changed from my dialisis port I called into the surgery to see if could get a doctor to phone me at some point in the day about another issue, a female member of staff came out and said in quite a loud voice can I help you as I tryed to explain she interrupted me and said with a terrible attitude that I was supposed to phone and not knock on the door. She spoke to me like a 5yr child and I'm really not happy, her attitude was absolutely disgusting. I have a alot of serious health issues right now and it was made quite clear to me that she had no interest in helping me. Your surgery should be open by now cause I'm sure I'm not the only one who n

A huge thank you to all the staff for taking great care of my parents when they attended for their COVID vaccinations. They have now received both of their vaccinations and the staff could not have been any more friendly, helpful or professional, nothing was an issue for them. The system is well set up and runs like clockwork. I cannot thank you enough for going the extra mile to ensure they were both looked after.
