        I went to see the Registrar (very nice woman - very competent and patient) located on the ground floor and we went upstairs to the library. The staff were nice, but a lady sat on the left of the main reception desk (my left as you approach) was phenomenal. She was extremely helpful and went above her duties to help my son (2 years old) and I. I'd never been to Northumberland before, and both her and the Registrar were great ambassadors for the town.

        Great space. Good collection of books. Books that people want to read. Bright and cosy. Plenty of tables and chairs for people who wants to work here. Wi-Fi speed is very good. Hot water to make tea and coffee. Paper cups provided. But hopefully people would bring their own to save on waste. Only downside there is no toilet. You have to get across the road to use the visitor centres.
