        Great flavours and ran by a lovely team. Picked up some aged venison, pork sausage and lonza from jesmond market on the weekend. All of this made for moreish snacking, amazing flavours and an interesting introduction to venison for myself.

        I visited Rachels stall at the Edinburgh Farmers Market yesterday and purchased the Venison Biltong, Wild Mallard Biltong and Nduja. I can confirm all three products are truly sensational. She has a wide variety of products available to buy and the customer service was top notch. I will definitely be ordered more produce in the future. Highly recommended, great stuff.

        Purchased some of the wild venison products from the Hebburn food market on Saturday 9th April.. We really enjoyed the flavours with cider and seaweed, blackpepper and paprika and garlic. Glad we found you!
