Purchased windows and doors from Northumberland glass, very competitive prices. Contacted a couple of days before they were due to be fitted by the team. Arrived within time given. Very efficient and completed the same day with no mess (except a little dust, but that can't be helped). We had one issue with the bedroom window as the blind bracket had been caught in window and window not sealed, contacted Martin who came within 20 minutes to fix and explained how the front door locked and windows. very happy. I have already recommended to friends and work colleagues

I had an issue with my sliding patio doors handle/lock. Other companies suggested I would have to replace the whole patio door ensemble. However after just a few minutes talking over the phone to Shaun and Abbi they identified the problem and solution which I managed to sort out myself at no cost. I can't thank them enough for their friendliness and expertise which saved me a small fortune. Highly recommended.
