Small store, oversubscribed. Lengthy checkout queues, make shopping unnecessarily time consuming. One staffed checkout is insufficient and self service checkout is equally congested. Either employ more staff or move to bigger premises. I've walked out in frustration for the last time. It's quicker to travel farther afield to a better staffed shop. self service e

Had a wonderful cafe experience yesterday-lovely staff member- lovely hot bacon roll and hot soya milk. Today, horrible cocky staff and horrible bacon roll + cold soya milkwell M&S youve lost a good customer, I shall not be back, nor will my friends I note a few other one stars as the five stars mustve been the lovely staff yesterday horrible experience today so never again btw the lady after me in the queue agreed with me

Price: Staff: 10/10 Cafe: 9/10 Love this branch of Marks and Spencers. Though it is a fairly small food hall, it still sticks the most important things that you need. Ive always found that people over exaggerate the prices in store and, where something most definitely are more expensive, the majority is at an affordable price. They have a great selection to choose from in each section, including some things that you arent able to purchase elsewhere. Their cafe is fantastic, with great tasting food. Only reason Ive given one less mark for the caf is the removal of a couple of the more popular items from the menu. However that does not detract from the fact that the food is great. They have a nice selection for kids meals as well. Staff are all lovely and go out of their way to make your experience great. Definitely one of the better stores Ive been to.
