        Recently had new bumper fitted as someone reversed into car. Pleased with workmanship however poor customer service. Semples made a mistake with quote..person gave us money for repair then Semples rang to apologise as wrong price quoted but did not give any offer of reduction in the total price as the error was their fault (the smallest amount would have been appreciated).
